Kuará Capital was idealized to be an asset managed company specialized in alternative investments by partners with over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, and a strategic legal body. The result is that we differentiate from other companies on our business origination, legal analysis, portfolio construction and risk mitigation.

Our focus is investing in legal claims, distressed assets and “Special Situations” thesis in general. These asset classes, besides being of high profit potential, have low correlation with traditional financial products, and are therefore an important piece of diversification for a medium to long-term investment portfolio.
